Hi Paul:

Starting with the November update of Mailers+4 I am having trouble with the Sequence Number field.

I now get only the last four digits and they do not have preceding zeros.

I haven’t changed any formatting and I still get appropriate data for job number, container and package.

As you can imagine I am having trouble now doing printing because the sequence number field is only partially populated.

I was wondering if you had any ideas.

I am using Mailers+4 Build 2428 with the Initializedatafiles[] patch.

My formatting is mapped and includes:

- Mail Job: Text 4 characters.
- Container number: Text 4
- Package number: Text 4
- Sequence number: Text 13

As best I know I haven’t changed any formatting or mapping that would trigger this.
