Flat Mail SCF and DDU Rates Options · View

Hi:

I've been using Mailers+4 with the CRRT add-on for flats.

I've always been able to enter my post office as an SCF on the presort options tab to get SCF and DDU rates for the flats.

Now when I select flats on the presort option page the option for Destination Discount is not available. This is regardless of which post office of entry is entered on the previous presort options tab.

The post office I enter is indeed an SCF and the USPS rates still show SCF and DDU discounts for SCF's but I canoot select them now in Mailers+4.

In the DESTINATIONS presort tab I can enter the same SCF and get basic SCF rates for flats - this gets close.

I can then enter one of the underlying 5-digit zips for that SCF as a DDU and get DDU rates for that zip. The other 4 5-digit zips entered this way won't calculate DDU rates even though there are more than enough to meet the minimum.

I am using Mailers+4 Release 10.0 build 2225.

I was wondering if you can help me understand what is going on.

Thanks.

Don.

Hi Don,

Adding in your BMC/SCF as your post office of mailing for flat mailings is something we don't support at this time. We don't have an ETA on when this will be supported. We used to have this in the past but there were certain changes made in regards to this discount and it had to be disabled.
