I am very sorry to have to bug you guys again, but I really need some answers about Mailers+4 to see if we can continue to use it, or if we need to start looking for another bulk mailing system. Finally, after having Mailers+4 for more than a year, we can print our IMB. However, now we see intimations that the ACS functions might be disappearing from Mailers+4 - that makes it unusable for us. Our Mailer ID had been identified for use with Traditional ACS, which requires the Participant Code and keyline. If this option goes away, it means that we will have had your product for more than a year and never once got to use it as we were told by our salesman that we could. Please do not take away the ACS function from Mailers+4. All we need is a way to add our Service Type ID (STID) to our IMB information and we are set to go (I have the info from the USPS telling us what we need in this mater). We have been extremely patient with Melissa Data for an entire year as our needs were concerning the IMB were not seen to, please do not do he same with the ACS function. We have paid you guys for two years of subscriptions, and have yet been able to use the product as we were told it would work. I think we deserve a little slack in this matter. We could have used the year we were waiting for our IMB questions to be resolved to set up our ACS for a ONECODE function that does not need the Participant Code and keyline. In stead, we waitid in vain for a fix to come in order to print our IMB. We really need some answers in this matter, and we need them quickly. I do not want to seem pushy or whiny, but because of what it took to get our IMB printing issue resolved, I think I need to be more assertive than I was. I would really like some answers from someone who knows what is going on in the near future for the Mailers+4, not a third party.
Thank you for looking into this matter

I am also trying to use IMB but can't get a serial number, just 6 zeros. We will need this to work soon.

It has been decided that the ACS option in MAILERS+4 will remain in the software.

In regards to the serial number in the IMB, this will be available with the "Full Service" option that is planned to be available before the end of the year. MAILERS+4 only currently supports the "Basic Service".
