Our application is using the web service and is getting an invalid address back. We submitted: 551 E Combs, 85240. Melissa sends back: 551 E Combs, San Tan Valley, AZ, 85140. It should be: 551 E Combs, Queen Creek, AZ, 85240. I have a call in to Tech Support and they are supposed to call me back, but I saw this forum and thought I'd create a login ID and post it here as well. We are getting complaints from our field users that this is occurring more often lately. Is there an easy way to report address issues and get them corrected quickly? Thanks!

Actually, I think you mean "it should be 551 E Combs, Queen Creek, AZ, 85[1]40".

San Tan Valley is the official city name for 85140 while Queens Creek is a vanity name. If you had passed in Queens Creek, we would have left it as Queens Creek because vanity city names are still valid. However, if no city name is passed in, we will append the official city name.

Whether it says Queens Creek or San Tan Valley, it is still the same address.

Thank you.
