Is it possible to get a unique list of all the streets in a city, I have only been able to find how to find a list of streets by zip code and the zio code boundaries are not exactly the same as city boundaries.

Unfortunately we don't have a lookup or service that can give you this info based on city boundaries only zipcode.

sometime the house number and the zip code doesn't match with the address what can i do in that case....

The only thing I can recommend is to pass the zipcode to our "US Address" lookup. This will bring up a menu "Click here to list all street names in the Zipcode "12345". Then choose a street name. Once this is done this will show you the possible street number ranges for the streetname\zipcode. It's not the most practical option but at least this will give you an idea of what house/street numbers you can pass in that zipcode.
