Hi:

Starting with the latest Mailers+4, Release 10.0 Build #2436, mixed AADC automation and machinable letters are routed to Buffalo 140.

Previously they were routed to Pittsburgh 150.

My entry post office is 13902.

The USPS rejected a mailing today saying the Mixed AADC 140 tray tags are incorrect and should be Mixed AADC 150. Both for the automation and machinable letters.

I called their Regional Mailpiece Design Analyst and he confirmed Pittsburgh 150.

I was wondering if you could take a look and let me know about the change in Build #2436 and the validity of routing Mixed AADC to Buffalo 150 (Correction: Buffalo 140.).

Thanks.

Don.

Hi Don,

Yes it looks like for MXD AADC std letters auto/mach should route to Pittsburg 150 instead of Buffalo 140. This is strange for the presort modules used in MP4 are from the post office. I can't even find Buffalo 140 in the presort Lmodule used for this sort (L011). Would it be possible to send your file along with your mailing specs to tech@melissadata.com? We can then replicate the problem and report it to our QA and programming department for a fix.

NOTE: This may be correct if you are adding an SCF destination with your mail but we can confirm this if we can get the file.
