Hi:

I just had an issue with Mailers+4 changing the address.

I realise it changes "70 East Fifth Street" to "70 E 5th St" but in two cases it also chaged the address to W.

Address check said the records qualified for Automation Rates but the return service on the mail pieces came back showing undeliverable - because these people's address are E 5th St, not W.

I can't understand why address check changed the records from E to W.

I can provide the exact names and addresses privately if that helps.
